If we think you might have the right skill set for what we're looking for, we'll arrange an informal screening call to learn more about you.
We will discuss the role in more depth, learn about your background and get a feel for why you are interested in joining Trtl!
Interviews π§βπ»
Following shortlisting, we'll invite candidates forward to interview with the hiring managers. Typically this includes:
1) A first interview via Google Meets to understand your background, enthusiasm for Trtl and how you meet the competencies of the role.
2) A follow-up interview in person at the Trtl offices with the team to delve deeper into your motivations alongside a task.

You'll receive a formal offer. Once accepted, we'll agree a start date and organise references.
